How 12 brackets finished perfect in the 2025-26 College Football Bracket Challenge Game

Sports · Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT

Twelve entries went a perfect 11-for-11 in NCAA.com's 2025-26 College Football Bracket Challenge Game, picking every College Football Playoff winner last season. That was only 0.017 percent of entries.

How hard each pick was

Game by game, the share of brackets that got each result right shows how few survived. Alabama over Oklahoma was picked by 52.04 percent, Miami over Texas A&M by 16.83 percent, Ole Miss over Tulane by 13.71 percent, and Oregon over James Madison by 12.94 percent. Miami over Ohio State dropped to 2 percent, Oregon over Texas Tech to 1 percent, and Indiana over Alabama to 0.594 percent. Ole Miss over Georgia was 0.108 percent, Miami over Ole Miss 0.061 percent, Indiana over Oregon 0.029 percent, and Indiana over Miami in the title game 0.017 percent.

Surprises

Miami became the first double-digit seed to reach the title game, a result only 2.72 percent of brackets predicted, and just 30.31 percent had the Hurricanes winning at Texas A&M in round one. Only 0.23 percent picked all four semifinalists (Indiana, Oregon, Ole Miss, Miami). National champion Indiana was the top title pick at 28.1 percent, ahead of Ohio State at 25.33 and Georgia at 21.68.

Compared with March Madness

NCAA.com noted that 11-for-11 completes a perfect football bracket, while in basketball it takes a bracket only to about 10 p.m. ET on Thursday of the first round. In this year's men's basketball challenge, 0.33 percent of brackets were still alive after 11 games, and the last busted in game 44. The longest streak ever was 49, in 2019.
