Memphis hosted Army on Halloween night at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. The Tigers (6-2, 3-1 American) faced the Black Knights (5-2, 4-1 American) in a key conference game that also fell during Homecoming and Parent & Family Weekend.
Game-day plans for fans
- The university marked Hero Day, honoring service members, veterans and first responders, and fans were encouraged to wear black.
- A "Tailgate and Treat" on Tiger Lane invited fans to decorate tailgates and bring candy.
- The clear bag policy stayed in effect, buckets and baskets were not allowed inside, and clear bags were available at the marketing tent and Gate B.
- Costume accessories fall under the stadium's prohibited-items rules.
- More Memphis police officers were assigned around the stadium to help with parking and traffic, and TDOT parking signs were placed to direct fans.
Fans were pointed to the Tigers' social media accounts and the GoTigersGo mobile app for updates.
