Saquon Barkley will not be traded before next week's NFL trade deadline, sources told NFL Network, ending speculation that the Eagles running back could move.
Barkley, 29, has two years and just over $35 million left on his contract. Philadelphia is 2-5 and has injuries to quarterback Jalen Hurts and others, so general manager Howie Roseman has a rare chance to sell players, though he and the team still believe they have more to play for.
